CityNest Hotel

This was the 3rd place I stayed while in Manhattan as part of my trip to run the New York Marathon. The hotel which was part of my package was lovely, in Times Square and was pretty expensive so I could not justify staying any longer. I searched for another option and found this place which I must say was very pleasant, safe, secure, and spotlessly clean. I’ve never seen a toilet cleaned so much, so that was very comforting to me as I’m a little funny that way. I have seen other reviews from people regarding the mesh roof, which would possibly come as a surprise and a concern but after questioning it through my curiosity, I believe it’s for fire regulations with the overhead sprinklers and not any other reason untoward. It is what it is. You’re paying for location in Manhattan, and a safe bed to sleep in. Coffee, tea, and earplugs (much needed, as the rooms all open at the top and you can hear pretty much anyone who makes a noise) are kindly provided. Shared bathrooms are cleaned once an HOUR, which is huge. Beds and clean and warm- no bed bugs!! Which is a steal for affordable hotels in the city. Thanks, Nest 👌

I had an incredible stay at CityNest in Chinatown. From the moment I walked in, the experience was smooth, welcoming, and way above expectations. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and perfectly located for exploring the neighborhood, everything from great food to local shops is just steps away. But what truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the front desk. Ailana was absolutely amazing. She greeted me with genuine warmth, handled check-in effortlessly, and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Adorable place. Perfect place and very safe location. Staff is extremely helpful with any questions or concerns. Was so sad when I had to cut my trip short as I loved every moment. Sultan is the best!!!! 100% recommend staying here. What a cute place.

Went above and beyond to make my experience an enjoyable one. Staff treats you like family and accommodates all your needs. Clean rooms and showers along with a nice lounge to catch up on work. More than fair price. If you’re looking to find a bang for your buck skip out on the overpriced hotels and try this place out! Thanks again fellas!
