City Club Hotel

The location is prime and that pretty much sums up this place but the customer service is what I truly outshines everything . Robenna and Cedric work well together and it shows in their interactions with each guest. I myself arrived early for check in - even though the room was ready as I anticipated they graciously gave me some things to do in the area to kill time. I am sure other hotels would just send you on your way and say come back at 3 pm but they were patient and even made me laugh. City Club is lucky to have them.

The Hotel was actually not so good, broken wall, and strange smell.. so bad I had headache for a week! Breakfast.... better go to the bar..

My friend and I had such a wonderful stay at the City Club Hotel! Robenna was so welcoming and helpful from the start. She answered all of our questions and made sure we knew we could reach out if we needed anything. She even upgraded our room, which was such a nice surprise! Jack was also great, he helped bring our bags up and was there to assist us with anything we needed. The location was super convenient too, especially being so close to 42nd Street and public transit. Overall, we were really happy with the service and our stay :) Thank you so much, Robenna and Jack, for making us feel so welcome!!

We had a wonderful stay at City Club Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the middle of everything, making it so easy to walk to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping. You truly can’t beat the convenience. A very special thank you to Robenna, the Supervisor, who was incredibly attentive and welcoming. Billy, Jack, and Sebastian, the bellmen, were always helpful, professional, and kind — they truly made arrivals and departures smooth and pleasant.
