I stayed here after misplacing my keys on new years, tears... The room was well appointed. The bed was comfortable. Room was clean and organized. The curtains were automatic black out or transparent. Everything was controlled by a tablet provided and it was intuitive. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was worth the extra money. I stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant time considering. I would stay again without hesitation.

I loved my stay here. Every staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and out was super easy. The ipad was super efficient, very hi-tech. ||I went solo and loved it. I had the best sleep on the king sized bed. Would definitely recommend it to everyone going to seattle! Especially if you took the train. It’s only a 10 minute walk from King Station.

very rude, rigid and un accommodating public relations personnel. Unreasonable and unusual cancellation policy, be aware to read their website policy. I lost $1720 on my 3 nights 3 room booking due to a few hours late in cancellations and they took my whole booking payment with zero refund. I called four times and all the times I had to wait 20 to 30 mins before Shirley picked up. She initially offered change of dates but with no choice of any other locations which didn’t work for us (we are from very far). And then that was it. No consideration. No curtesy. Not any other resolution. I was only asking for 2 nights refund because they were canceled 24 hours beforehand (the advertised cancellation time), and they can still rent out the rooms to other customers. This hotel is really cool. It has a futuristic vibe. You become Citizen 633, or whatever your hotel room number is. The staff is helpful, nice and very accommodating. While the rooms are on the small side, they are thoughtfully designed. I got a King Bed and the bed was large and right next to the wall to wall window. The city views are spectacular, you will see The Smith tower. The shower is small, but you get a fun lighting system with variable colors and even "Mood" lighting where the TV turns on, plays sound and showcase shapes, as well as the lights turn to whichever Mood you select. I also liked how convenient the small desk was and how the under-bed drawers pull out far, so depending on the size of your luggage, you can open your suitcase and store it under the bed in the drawer.

This hotel is artistically inspiring. An absolutely beautiful. Staff is amazing, helpful and super friendly. It's located just a few blocks from public transportation which makes it easy to get around. There's plenty to explore within the neighborhood itself. I had a great time and I can't wait to come back here.
