there are too many amazing things to say about this place! They truly have thought of everything, my stay couldn’t have been more accommodating and perfect. The location is perfect walking distance from beach, shops, food and is also in close proximity to Miami airport. The rooms are simple yet have everything to accommodate your needs. There’s even a little mini fridge under the sink, hairdryer, tissues, and lots of towels. The shower bathroom space is just perfect. The room and the beds are extremely comfortable and the TV even has chrome casts so you can display your own media from YouTube to Spotify. Great location, friendly on-site staff. Shower did not have hot water, and the property cannot explain why they charged my credit card for a trip that was completely pre-paid. Comfy bed, cute hotel, long wait for elevators. Can only recommend if you book directly through them and enjoy cold showers.

Clean, modern and no fuss. Bed is huge and comfortable. Really liked the location.

I’ve never stayed in a Citizen M hotel before. Being a top Marriott hard core traveler I was impressed. Simple rooms, but clean and everything you need. The service really stood out. Every employee was over the top nice. Dagnar , the manager, top it off. She was wonderful to talk too and has that location in rolling. I’d stay there again in a heart beat.

Took family of 4 to south beach location. Wonderful! Warm swimming pool. Great breakfast. Amazing staff. Dagnar, the manager, was over the top nice and talented. Tommy made great drinks. Easy to check in. Simple room. Glad they joined Marriott
