The rooms are cleaned after each use. After speaking to other guests, I found that you can rent in 15-minute increments; however, the Wi-Fi network named "guju mafia" is quite concerning.

25$ an hour. Not a nightly place and they are rude. The place is absolutely philthy but it serves its purpose I guess.
