Attention anyone that stay at this hotel ‼️They will scam you out of money . I went there on vacation for my birthday in October of 2025 stayed there for 3 nights I did not have a car there . They have been charging my card almost everyday for 60 dollars. A couple times they took the money . So when I called they said that I had a car and I was paying for parking. So when it came off my card the first time and paid for it even though I did not have a car there . Why is they still charging my card everyday This is January 2026 now and they just took another payment of 60 dollars off. I called and they saying I have to wait 24 to 48 hours then they will get back to me about this issue. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only person they are doing this to. BEWARE – Cockroaches, Mold & Dishonest Practices. Our stay was completely ruined by the state of this property. The room had cockroaches, visible mold, and even toenail clippings under the couch—clear evidence that no one bothers to clean properly. The kitchen was covered in white powder, which turned out to be roach-killing powder, so they are clearly aware of the infestation problem. When I brought this to the attention of Churchill Living (the company we booked through) and the front desk, no one helped. I requested a different room, but was told the front desk couldn’t assist because the building is managed by several different companies. The Good: Great location, large room, and nice pools. That's the only positive. The Bad: Our stay (Sept 15th - 19th) was a failure of management. • Filth: Floors were so dirty they turned our feet black. Dishes were unwashed. • Lies: We were told cleaners came on Tuesday; this was a lie. They only arrived on Wednesday afternoon, wasting three-quarters of our short trip. • Time Wasted: We spent our vacation making multiple calls. Avoid this company at all costs! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Long phone calls, even slower email responses. They ask for the same document multiple times. The check-in will be a nightmare. If you want peace of mind, don’t book anything with Churchill.

Nice stay, very good rooms, nice view and pool. The gym could have been better. Room and lobby climatization was too strong, which led to water condensation on the windows. We would wish weaker climatization, so that the temperature difference when one leaves the pool and enters the hotel again is not so extreme.
