Chula Vista Resort, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

We opted to stay here over the larger competitors in hopes of it being a more calm experience, which I will give it that, it was calmer. The parking lot was maybe 20% occupied to help give you an idea of how not very busy they were. The hotel is fine, nothing special, which met our expectations. Plenty of run down aspects to nitpick but again my expectations were rather low. I ended up getting badly sick on day 2, throwing up and couldn’t leave the bed/bathroom. My wife and kids weren’t particularly excited to share the room with me, rightfully so. Considering their occupancy was rather low, we called to front desk to explain and hopes of buying a 2nd room. We love being able to have a condo with three bedrooms as we can stay as a group for a conference. It is so convenient to have a oven with timed bake. So can have lunch ready when we get back to the room. ||I see that the hotel keeps updating which is good. Two out of three bathrooms did need the toilet float replaced as did not refill the tank after a flush. ||Otherwise we look forward to our return in January of 2027.

Visited the Dells for the first time. ChihulaVista was a good place to get the lay of the land. Room was a good size for our family. Fairly basic. No maid service for our two night stay. No extra towels provided.

We wanted to have a wonderful family experience. The check in went fine. Friendly person but it was rushed. We rented a 3 bedroom condo. We didn't think it would come with toilets that wouldn't fill unless you took the cover off. Or 1 that sounded like a small motorcycle running while it filled. We had WARM hot water, definitely not hot. Fireplace didn't work, bathtub and the surrounding tile were dirty. Some beads all over from a previous guest. Yuck. Soap dispenser in one bathroom decide to release all its contents on the floor. The windows were filthy, inside and out. 1 of the 5 beds had a huge center valley, 1 had no support and the pillows were hard. There were no quilts on any beds, just cheap plasticy feeling sheets. For advertising a kitchen, it had crappy pot and pan, yes, just 1

Beautiful room and property. Minor issues in the room that are easily fixable. Tub not draining the water. Master bath the float valve sticks. Way to warm in the bedroom with the 2 beds in. We had problems trying to figure out the thermostat. But again, easy fixes.
