Christmas Mountain

The pools are not good at all. The slide not open, and no equipment in the pools for smaller kids. Looks nice, but cold and boring. Our cabin was nice however!! The grounds are gorgeous! Playgrounds need more to keep em playing! No planned activities for all age groups

Love this place. We have owned our timeshare here for 37 years. Beautiful flowers. Well kept grounds. Great and fast service.

I love Christmas Mountains. Have been many times, and stayed in all of the different styles of accommodations. It is great for families with plenty of things to do there and in the area.

Our cottage looks like it was recently updated. Sliding glass door was hard to open/close and very dirty. Nice amenities and furniture was comfortable. Poorly landscaped around our unit. Looks like plant killer was sprayed on the Juniper bush to kill ye Deadly Nightshade plants. Pools and facilities were clean.

Pullout coach mattress protector was stained and had bugs. They offered to move us to another room but we just asked for a clean mattress protector. Staff was nice. We were not members and we declined their timeshare sales tour, that is when staff started treating less attentively. Wanted to extend our stay one extra night and they said they couldn't despite the place being half empty.
