Christmas at the Princess

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever paid for. Do NOT take your children here for Christmas. I spent $600 on what was advertised as an “Ultimate Santa Claus Experience,” and it turned out to be a completely disappointing, 30-minute letdown that honestly ruined Christmas for my kids. For the amount of money this place charges, you would expect something magical and well-organized. Instead, it felt rushed, underwhelming, and nothing close to what was promised in their advertising. To make matters worse, when we arrived, they actually tried to claim that I was late — which is absurd considering we were the only people there. If I could give negative stars about this place, I would definitely do it in a heartbeat. I visited Christmas at the Princess on Christmas day expecting a festive and family-friendly experience, but unfortunately it turned into a very disappointing and unsafe one. During the event, I was involved in a safety incident that resulted in a physical injury. What was most concerning was not only the incident itself, but how it was handled afterwards. The staff on site appeared neglectful towards guests and were largely unwilling to help — even with very basic requests such as providing directions or assisting with simple tasks. My family and I had the best experience at Christmas at the Princess in Scottsdale! From the moment we arrived, everything felt magical and so well done. Brock, our server, and Clayton truly went above and beyond to create a memorable experience for our family. They treated us with so much care, made us feel genuinely welcomed, and added that extra touch that made the evening feel special. Every employee we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. We left with big smiles and wonderful memories and we will absolutely be back next year! 🎄✨

This is a world class holiday experience. #1 in Arizona and I can't think of a better one anywhere else. We have done it every year for the last 5 years and it keeps getting better. Food and drinks are all next level which is what you would expect from Fairmont. Well-organized and staffed for a crowd that size. Parking improvements helped. Some rides added from last year. We buy tickets in September and do the early bird special. We have done igloos before and stayed on property before. The photos are insane. If we didnt love close by we would fly in for it. 10/10.

Well i had a great time here. The displays are beautiful, & there are a ton of good photo ops! The tables & the fire pits for roasting s'mores was well put together. It's pricey, but it is Scottsdale after all, and it's one of the premier hotels, so i expected that. I will say that $45 to self park is a little exorbitant, but ticket prices are right on par with events like this. Food & drink prices are about what i expected as well. Nothing too crazy. Now i did hear somebody say that it was $50 for a photo with Santa, so that was insanity. Unless it's a poster size & laminated, i'm not going for that, but i had a fabulous time! Oh, & the s'mores kit was only $30, and it came in a really nice stocking that you take home. The whole experience really does put you in the Christmas Spirit!
