Choice Inn by the Falls

The room was overall good, and the location was fantastic. Being right in the downtown core with everything within walking distance was a major benefit and made our stay very convenient. However, we encountered a significant issue with the cleanliness of the floor. After bathing our children, both of their feet were immediately completely black again from walking on the floor. It appeared that the floor had not received a basic, thorough cleaning, which forced us to wear our shoes around the place for the duration of our stay. Another point of note was the lighting. The setup was quite interesting as the only substantial light source in the room was located right beside the TV rather than being centrally located, making the rest of the room feel dim. We had a great stay as a family of 5. All in all rooms are exactly as they appear online. We stayed 3 nights in a family room. 3 queen beds were comfortable. Room was equipped with plenty of towels, an extra sink/ dressing area, small but full washroom, clean shower and decently clean room. Microwave, coffee maker and apartment size fridge suited our needs. |Check in was pleasant as was the cleaning staff. Location is 2 small blocks to Clifton Hill which was perfect. |For a decent budget motel it had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. |Only negative was the amount of fruit flies in the room and extra cleaning could have been better ;appliances better cleaning and spills on walls, bed skirts could use a wash but that was obviously from the amount of mopping that mus

The room is clean, location is good, and it is convenient to various attractions. Only the air conditioner is very noisy and I can't sleep all night

On November 13, I booked their hotel on Booking.com. After that, I reached their hotel and knocked on the main office door. No one was there. I waited for 30 minutes and found another hotel. I stayed here that night. The next morning, when I contacted their hotel, they said that if you didn't even open the main door, you will charge me $89 for one thing. But they didn't give any response. They are all thieves and scammers.

The Choice Inn is a very clean motel with spacious rooms, and a cozy, comfortable place to stay. Quiet and close to Clifton Hill and everything you need to see and visit. The beds are so comfortable and it's nicely decorated and the perfect place to stay while in Niagara. Very pleasant and friendly owners.
