Rusted clothes rack, no hangers, broken sink, shower was, too much to list. The place was absolutely the worst, dead bugs in the drawers as well as who knows what. Stains in sheets, cigarette burns bed cover, sorry but not any more pics, when I went to the front and said I’d like a refund he followed me to the room and watched as I got my bags. He looked around the room and simply said “there’s toilet paper, I had mentioned they were out of paper and other things wrong. Just checked my card statement, they refunded the money then they did another charge and took the money again! So I posted a review they charged my card, guess I’ll let the police and my card company deal with these people!

Gone are the days, when this was a somewhat sleazy place. The new Indian||owner has added security and fresh coats of paint and some new furniture.||Beds are comfortable and it's quiet at night. The lady behind the desk||is always welcoming, and any problems are quickly fixed. It's convenient||to midtown and on same property as the always reliable Colonnade.||been eating there for over 30 years, always excellent food, cocktails and||service.

Never have I ever had a front desk refuse to give me towels. The room is under my partner's name and we had it down for two guests. I had my room key and he made me go get my partner just to be able to get towels. The faucet is falling apart, the room smells like someone burned a cigarette factory in here... I would never stay here again after this experience. Which is sad since there are so many restaurants nearby. Definitely not a 3 star hotel more like 1.5.

I mean it's old there's only so much you can do with the place but I do like the king rooms in the back. Play definitely keep security on the parking lot, so no worry there. Typically have set prices and are one of the last ones that do not require a deposit (hallelujah!). Service is .. just bare minimum civil, not rude or angry and also not cheerful. But nowadays I'll take what I can get on that. Could be worse. Wifi sucks. If its actually working that is
