Great little place if your staying in the city for a short time. Very NYC'ish. Very clean and owners are very friendly & cool. Booked room for a Knicks Game, 3 blocks from MSG and hanging in the city. Easy check in. This is a small place, Cool wall paintings. Shared bathrooms and showers, sink in bedroom. Its different, but a great NYC experience. No frills.

It’s the gold door right after the 7/11! Ring the door bell! 🔔 off street parking 🅿️! the owners super sweet, polite ,respectful! The room felt like I was home in my bdrm! Perfect for 2 ppl! Cozy/comfy. Complimentary breakfast and ear plugs wasn’t overly loud . The location was clean and tidy. Would love to rent again. Was a 14 min walk from Madison Sq Garden (perfect for us) thank you for your hospitality. Be well. ☺️

Stayed for Halloween, clean great space, but truly the most accommodating!! I believe he was the manager or owner but I had a slight costume mishap and asked if there was something they could help me with at the reception and truly went above and beyond! It was a great stay! Highly recommend!

I had a positive 4-star experience at Chelsea Rooms. Every aspect of my stay—from the rooms and service to the location—met the solid 3-star standard I was expecting. It was a very dependable and pleasant visit overall.

This place as a prime example of don't judge a book by its cover. We first walked up and couldn't find it. Someone advised us to open the little brown door. I was scared. Lucky for me another guest appeared and let us in. To our surprise the place was very neat and clean! The staff is amazing and very friendly. You get a little noise from traffic but I think any hotel in New York City would. I would definitely recommend the place, another bonus is the bed is beyond comfortable! Despite having joint bathrooms and showers that are kept immaculate! A++++
