Very nice Park. Clean well keep, nice people

Park may be nice, as well as the residents there, but what is the use of a great location when the Manager won't bother to return calls about any homes being sold and answers requested PRIOR to purchasing a home? Bad management. Not interested because if it is like this before even applying (if you can get her to even answer the phone to get an application), I can imagine what it would be like actually buying a home and living there. Good luck to those selling their homes. No thanks. If she is the owner of the park, shame on her. If she is an employee...bad move on owners part.

It's a nice place. Management is good. I think the rent space is a little high especially when I paid the exact same rent in a small travel trailer that people are paying for double and single wide mobile homes. That's the biggest complaint I had living there. I am from the Camp fire in Butte County and I feel like they were taking advantage of the fire victims as we needed somewhere to live and try to start over with nothing.

This is a beautiful senior park, meticulously maintained and the manager Sandra Hobbs has a wonderful relationship with all the tenants!

Great place!!! Manager is very nice, great people live in the park!!!
