Chase Apartments at Light Street - Baltimore Inner Harbor & Convention Center

We stay at chase apartments in Baltimore while visiting John’s Hopkins and our stay was SUPERB! The apartment location was near everything. We felt safe and the indoor secure parking 24 hours a day was a must! (Parking can be up to $40 a day) The compassion and care showed by management and ownership was incredible, considering our situation. I highly recommend this company!

I never write reviews but need to make an exception for the sake of potential fellow patrons. Very unresponsive to an urgent situation and flat out inconsiderate!!! They will not communicate nor accommodate your requests. I would absolutely recommend you avoid choosing as an option for your stay.||I value a business on their service, quality and respect, not just the accomodations. This one definitely misses the mark!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My booking was cancelled the day before via text message. Seems to happen to a lot of people. I would not recommend taking the chance with this property. Haven't been to the property but believe me. It's not worth the hassle. hey don't answer the phones and you won't get your money back.

Do not book this property. I booked in advance. The day before my booking (10/24/24), after numerous attempts to contact the property for check-in instructions, I received a text message saying the room had been double-booked and was no longer available. The property has not refunded my $587 booking. I have made numerous attempts for a request but nearly 3 months later, I still have not received a refund.

SCAM! We booked months in advance and sent two emails prior , saying "Hi" we're excited to stay and a question about parking. I could tell that the host read them, but did not respond. Like all the others, two days prior to departing, they sent a message suggested a different location. I told them we did not want to move to a different location (due to prior reviews of the places they sent people to). He never sent another message or canceled my stay. I worked directly with AirBnB to receive a credit for my stay, since the host does not communicate. A side note, this is right in the middle of Preakness and multiple Conventions in town.Finding a new place to stay was extremely difficult and costly. I would love to believe that the only message the host sent was true, but due to all th
