Charm Motel & Suites

Quiet, which was really nice. Older building, so a little run down from wear and tear. Good little fridge. Had to wear shoes all the time because the floor was really dirty. The worst thing was the smell.

Older motel but it's been updated. Rooms are basic but comfortable. The shower was surprisingly small but fine for us. One nice thing is that the wall outlets are easy to access.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was clean and smelled nice. The bed was comfortable too. The only issue we had was that not much parking...we couldn't park next to our room. Note also when you go here that the office is actually next to the hotel as the owners run two separate adjacent hotels. Great location if you are visiting Lassen NP. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Old property but clean with good service, and great location. It is only 12 minutes away from Burney Falls. It is a small remote town with not that many restaurants' options so be ready. There is Safeway grossary store and a couple gas stations.
