Champions Run Luxury RV Resort

This was our fourth year staying here. The planned activities are fun especially boozy bingo. The husband and wife entertainment was really good too. It is nice to see some of the same people come back year after year. Policies are changing so now guests can’t bring their own drinks or snacks to the pool or clubhouse to enjoy for activities. Bar wasn’t stocked well either. We have discovered that the price varies depending on when you make the reservation not necessarily when you are planning on staying there. We had an issue with the sewer hook up when we arrived and was assured it would be fixed the same day. It was only half way fixed and when we called the after hours number to see if someone would come to finish the job so we could hook up, no one called us back and no one came. We

Beautiful property. Nice Pool. Nice Playground. Some decent staff but most are|very disorganized & have no idea what is going on. Even more disorganized management. Zero activities unless you visit for a holiday and then they just wash and repeat their Friday/Saturday activities on a themed calendar. If you inquire about activities, staff responds with the fact they are waiting until 'snowbird season' to plan anything. |Grill hours and prices are ridiculous and if you state this out loud, you will be met with rage about 'convenience pricing' and how they don't care if you go across the street. Although, for variety you can have door dash deliver to the clubhouse. |No directional signage. Site numbers are in black on the electrical boxes if you need to find a friend's camp site or your ow

5 star I stay here when I have work in the area. 2 years now. Always have a nice site available last minute. Grounds are kept supper clean and maintained. Everyone is really nice and friendly. Fire pits by the tiki bar. Live music, bar, pool and good food. Never a bad stay here.

I’m not sure what happened with the quality of the service. When you call the people in the office, never answer the phone and if you do leave a message, it may take two or three days for them to answer. Other than that, the only reason why I gave a one star on Service the location is great. They usually have enough space and it’s not overly crowded. The grounds are clean, the pool is really nice, the entertainment is great especially Scott the DJ, he does karaoke.

We felt perfectly safe until we came home at 8:40 pm and at 10 pm went back outside to walk the dog and lock up our bikes to find our ebike had been stolen. I then read a few other reviews of such things happening. The resort replied to one of those people "did you contact us so we could help?" Well we did and when we went to meet them the help was they had someone fixing the security cameras as they were not working. No security footage for the police. Also streetlights everywhere except the corner where we stayed. Resort beautiful. Pool wonderful. Bar great. Bathhouse and Laundry spotless.
