Cerulean Hotel

Stayed here once before because a friend from work put me up . My friend is Caucasian so the manager was nice to me then . However , I came back with my family I explained the situation that I needed a long term situation until I found a rental the manager stated she would work with me . In the midst of this I was put in hospital in Medford. Then told we would be moved from our room that had a kitchen to one that didn’t . I was told I could pay for that for seven days . Now tonight I am being told that me my family cannot be here after tomorrow. I have pneumonia. I have paid all my days that I have been on premises. My only conclusion is if your a person of color don’t go to this hotel. All the other staff were kind . I was told that these directions came from the manager herself that me a

Nice location in center of town. Room was very large but a bit loud because of Oregon’s ubiquitous and irritating pick up trucks. Nice Japanese restaurant 100 yards away.

I have seen the reviews and I'm not sure what is going on but I will give you opinion. Initially I made this reservation on Expedia and it was termed a hotel but when I rolled in it looked like a motel. So I was skeptical. But our room was very nice. It had been remodeled and it was very clean. The lady that checked us in was awesome. Her name is Rikki. All in all a great choice for us and a superb stay.

Excellent experience. Wish we needed to spend more time Klamath because this room was amazing!! The two room upgrade is worth the money! Clean, newly upgraded, and comfortable. The front staff was patient with my mom's moodiness. Sorry and thank you!
