BLUF, if you keep your expectations low, you'll enjoy your stay.||||The Good: Our 2-bd suite had a lot of space. The fullsize kitchen was well stocked and came with a large fridge. Our room included 2 bathrooms, great for a family of 6. Parking was free, a pleasant surprise after getting nickel and dimed at the theme parks. Location is great, close to restaurants, stores, gift shops, WDW, and 20ish minutes to Universal.||||The Bad: Both bathroom's showers had serious hardware issues. Either the knobs were falling off or would pull the whole shower hardware assembly away from the wall. The fold out bed needed replacing; both the metal frame and mattress were seriously distressed. The location is good, and the atmosphere is okay. However, the room itself was very disappointing compared to my previous stays. The Jacuzzi in the bathroom and the tiles did not appear as clean as they should have. The ceiling fan was shaking and unusable, and two of the overhead lights in the room did not work. Overall, the room was not very comfortable this time around. Considering the value of the room and the price I paid, the experience was not suitable. For that cost, I could have stayed in a vacation rental home and been more comfortable.

They have stairs and said they had no ground floor rooms available for a handicap person. Bathtub water couldn't turn on. When checked in, one of the comforters was dirty. We told the front desk but weren't even apologized for the inconvenience.

Everyone has been great from checking, to the people we interact with at the resort to asking for extra supplies and getting them quickly. The room and resort are clean and they do good up keep. There isn’t anything bad I can say even trying to be nitpicking. I’m kinda picky and this place has been great and I do not have anything bad to say at all. It’s a beautiful resort, our room is clean and perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and if it was between this location and another I would pick this one again.

We had two sweets, they were both dirty cabinets broken, smelled no soap no tissue. The tub had a huge crack in the floor. Both places were broken down. Two TVs did not work the plugs were cut off. The bed were uncomfortable and made horrible noise. The toilet was running keeping us up all night it took three days to fix.||Went to the outside bar to watch the game TV's didn't work.
