This rating is based solely on a bitter experience we had, and it is intended for the hotel to take action and address this issue properly.||I stayed at this hotel as my partner’s companion and witnessed how she was questioned in an inappropriate way while traveling with her service dog, including questions that are not permitted under the law, which created an uncomfortable situation. In addition, a fee was charged that should not be applied in cases involving a service animal, showing a clear lack of staff training on this matter. It is important to note that for someone who relies on a service dog, being questioned in this way can feel very personal, invasive, and even humiliating.||This is unfortunate, as it is a hotel we care about and have always enjoyed staying at. This place was great. It has an older decor but very clean. The staff was awesome and very helpful. We stayed in one of the outer buildings. When we needed something as simple as a blanket and a light bulb, someone was there in minutes. The grounds are kept spotless. Guest laundry is very clean with modern cashless machines. Being right next to Old Town is a plus, with so much to do. Just a short drive, or Uber to Universal or Disney. My wife and I are very well satisfied with Celebration Suites. We will stay there again when we are in the area.

I booked this hotel because it had great reviews (around 4.7), and honestly my experience was nothing like what I expected. When we arrived, the place was very busy and kind of chaotic. The front desk was slow, and people were hanging around the lobby picking up packages. It didn’t feel very organized. We were assigned a suite far away from the main building, in a back area that required a long drive. That part of the property felt pretty isolated — very few cars parked, people smoking outside, and not much staff around. When my daughter and I walked toward our room, there was a man throwing up outside and yelling swear words. I’m a single mom traveling with my child, and that really scared me. Miriam and Julia P were absolutely amazing! They made our early check-in seamless and stress-free. Both were incredibly personable and welcoming, which made for a great first impression. We would definitely stay again!
