Castle By the Sea

Pulling up to the property was a little mind-boggling; however, once that the office and welcomed by the lovely manager, She had us in our room in just a few minutes. Arriving to the room, an open the door. I was astonished by the remarkable layout, Spacious area along with the king size bed(Which is very comfortable). I stayed for two days. I slept like a baby. You better believe I will be back here again; As the beach was just a couple feet away.

This was our second year staying at Castle by The Sea. Renee and her staff are so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We stayed in a room with a full kitchen, which was very well supplied with dishes. eating utensils, and pots and pans. (They all looked very new.) We prepared most of our meals there. Our room was extremely clean and had been recently updated. The pool area was especially nice, and was a great place enjoy our morning coffee, read a book, or relax in the warm pool. We love the location. As others have mentioned, it is only a short walk to the beach. It is also several blocks from the downtown, where you will find many restaurants and shops. There is a Publix supermarket, a CVS, and a Dollar Tree several blocks away. The area is very walkable. We have enjoyed our two stays

Positive: Location was great, clean rooms. VERY rude hotel manager ruined our stay. Negative: I have a service dog and upon arrival she was refusing our booking and staying we were unable to stay there due to the no pet policy, my dog is a registered service dog not a PET this manager was very rude and not professional.

Staff are so lovely and kind and very accommodating! Rooms were very clean and no weird smells it was great. it’s only a 10 minute walk (if that) to the beachfront with all the arcades and bars and pubs. Breakfast was also so nice and overall probably one of the best stays away that I’ve had, will definitely be reccomending! :)

We were thoroughly impressed with this motel. Its location is ideal, with the beach, restaurants, and small shops within walking distance. A grocery store and other conveniences are also nearby. Our room was spacious and well-appointed with a TV, kitchen, coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. Additionally, we had use of cups, cutlery, and plates. Mrs. Renee provided outstanding service. The motel's provision of umbrellas and beach chairs was a significant bonus. Pool is small but we had it almost to ourselves during our stay. I strongly recommend this motel.
