Cassa Hotel

Avoid this building at all costs. This property used to operate as half condo, half hotel. But recently, management decided to convert all hotel units into condos. Since then, it has been constant construction noise all day with heavy drilling throughout the week. What’s worse, the building only has two elevators, and management has permanently locked one for construction use. When the remaining elevator breaks down (which happens multiple times a week), residents are left waiting endlessly or forced to take the stairs, even from high floors. I live above the 30th floor, and I’ve personally had to walk down dozens of flights just to get to work. Elevator outages often happen during 8–10 AM rush hours, yet the concierge repeatedly dismisses residents’ concerns, saying it’s “not their res

Lovely hotel, staff were fantastic, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. There were a few different staff members who dealt with us and all gave and exemplary service however I only got the name from the lady that checked us in which was Tasha. The room was spacious and clean with a coffee maker and a large TV as well as an iron/ironing board and a hairdryer. Beds were very comfy. ||Great location for exploring! ||Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Room was clean but very dated and tired….Photos on the website make the hotel way more upscale looking compared to what we experienced. If you need a place to sleep and great location this works. If you want to have a nice couples retreat this is not the location. Staff was there and present but not attentive. Would not consider staying again. Would happily pay more elsewhere.

Check in is at three, they let us leave our bags earlier which was great. Room was clean and nice. Not a super large room but exactly what we expected from pictures. Staff was consistently friendly and they had free decent coffee in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

The 5 stars is mainly for Mr. Best!!! He was the highlight of my stay and Cassanovs is lucky to have a staff member like him. Seriously - a gem. You’re the best Mr. Best!!!
