Casita 76

This is the place for Miami fun. I HOGHLY RECOMMEND!! ⛱️ Beaches are a close walk and the stores and vanities stores within walking distance just 1 block over from this place. This is a little apartment with 2 bedrooms a kitchen with furnishings, stove, fridge and a living room!! If you need anything you key them know and it is on your door step. The courtyard is very well maintained and little lizards running around 😀 They supply a drying rack, so once back from the beach you can hang wet towels and clothes. The beds are completely comfortable, however the walls are thin, but such a Great experience and wonderful staff to get what you need for your stay. I stayed there with my husband, brother and his girlfriend and the Casita 76 will be the first place we call or look up for reserva

A decent place by the beach - the walk up ally way smelt like sewage - and so did the room we stayed in - it appeared clean (but I’m OCD) so I noticed stains on the wall - found someone else’s hair in the shower along with spiders - the place smelt like sewage itself - it was a couple days stay so we just delt with it - the knob on the shower must’ve been broken as we had to use a knife to turn it off and on - the comforter covers had stains on them - so did the pillow cases - we had hoped the bedding is clean while we stayed. If your looking for cheap and close beach access - you pay for what you get basically.

The place itself is close to the beach if you’re needing to walk only. The pots and pan options are slim picking and the french press looked quite filthy. There is a Kuerig in the kitchen but no refillable pod or k-cups are provided. Also there is no dishwasher machine. The water pressure to the shower is terrible. It’s incredibly hard to wash sand off of you in the shower due to the lack of water pressure. The towels aren’t the greatest either if you plan to stay more than one night. The shower also doesn’t have any kind of rack or shelf for you to place your shampoo and body wash bottles on. So you’re left with having to place your items on the sandy floor since the water pressure is too low to even wash that away. The beach umbrella and cooler provided is a nice feature to supply. Sa

A good cheap option close by Miami Beach, but not the best to rest comfortable. It's pretty noisy at nights, you might understand the traficc but also the other neighbors tend to be noisy. The place was not well cleaned either before we arrive, and finding parking is a challenge

AWESOME host & accomodations exceeded my expectations. GREAT location and I actually prefer it to being closer to the beach.
