This resort is very unhelpful and very unprofessional.They only text you cannot speak to anyone about a problem or help with a reservation. Their reservation platform makes you verify your banking app.Which seems very scam like for customers wanting to make a reservation.It makes it feel sketchy, and then there's no one to speak to if you have question. I would not stay here!!!

I made a reservation through Expedia for 2 adults and 2 children. My room only had one bed. The sofa bed was all dirty and there were no bedding. I traveled 3 hours by car to get there and had to drive another 3 hours back home the same day because the room could not accommodate 4 people. The attendant who only communicated by text message offered me the option of a refund for the reservation only. I could not find any other hotel because it was spring break and I still went home without the chance to enjoy family time with my children and husband since my husband lives abroad. I made the reservation correctly. I have a proof. And if you offer your hotel on Expedia, you must trust the platform. So, there is no point in blaming them. I first took a one night side trip here in 2014 (I believe it was under different management). We have been back in 2022 and again a month ago with family (no one younger than 50). We love the serenity of Casey Key and the quaintness of the rooms. Our favorite is spending a day on a quiet beach without crowds. If you want a crowd you can walk 1/4 mile to Nokomis Beach.

We needed a place to stay while we had our home tented for termites. After talking to Cheryl the manager we decided to stay in one of the one bedroom apartments. Cheryl was one of the most flexible people on earth to work with. We did not know how long we would need to stay.she made everything very very easy. The apartment was excellent. Often we have either more family or friends that come to visit and need more space to accommodate guests. going forward they will be our first choice for extra accommodations. They are close and we know that they will be very comfortable and in good hands with cherry and Casey Key Resort. Highly Recommend

This was our first time staying here, and it was delightful. Our Bayside One Bedroom unit was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch looking at the inlet, watching the boats go by. Steps away was the Gulf, with the great tiki hut sitting area on their property. The beach was wonderful to walk for miles, and enjoy the sunsets. We are not resort type people, there is some chipped paint and it is an older place. But the staff were friendly, accommodating, and our unit was clean. This place fit our style very well for exploring the beautiful Venice area.
