This place restores my faith in humanity. I, Myself, admitted to these fine folks that I messed up. I booked the room for the wrong day. And you know what they did? They were actually genuinely understanding of the situation and wanted to make it right. How can you rely on a robotic system to help you in your time of need? You can’t. But these are real people. They actually cared. I was honest with them, single father trying to provide for his family on a work trip who booked the wrong day on accident, and they followed through… not only did they follow through and transfer over the funds I paid for originally to another room on the day I was planning on to be there, they upgraded me to a nicer room with a Jacuzzi tub… why? Great stay, clean quiet and comfortable. And for the price it is one of the best motels I have ever been in. Price portrays a basic, simple and not really up to date property, however it’s the opposite. They have nice recent remodels, good and clean surrounding area, and clean and quiet rooms.

I originally booked a King room for 3 nights. When I showed up the morning of 2/26/2026 I asked if I could be upgraded to the spa room because I wanted to soak after a long day of snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor. The first night I decided to take a super long shower only to find the water pressure was so weak that I had to stand super close to the wall just to wash myself. It ended up not being a long shower. The second day on my birthday 2/27, I filled up the spa tub to see how it works and after pressing the jets button for the tub a bunch of nasty dirt/material came spewing out of the jets. It was really gross. Right after that I walked to the service desk to report the water pressure and tub issue and showed a video of what happened. My stay at the hotel was very good. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was neat and organized, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend it to others.
