Casablanca on the Ocean West Tower

The price was good. The staff were helpful. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The light fixture in the bathroom had two bulbs out. They did offer to let us change rooms, but we were already in packed. There were plenty of towels in the room with plates and silverware in the kitchenette. They negatives, the pool was cloudy and green. The hot tub had no water in it. We were unable to use the safe, it had no batteries.

Stayed in room 904 and it was very bright with crisp clean sheets. Has a corner kitchen with full refrigerator and supplied everything needed for eating and cooking. Has a 4 person table. Nice walk-in shower. Direct view of ocean and pool. Was nice that we could adjust the air conditioning. No need for a vehicle. Free trolley will take you from North to South Beach. Only $2.25 to airport from this location by bus. Breakfast... Do NOT waste your money. A small restaurant directly across the street. Pool was clean and very big but not heated. Thank you Alex. This place is not clean, building wall, doors, windows are almost broken, furniture looks like 80s. Restroom is small, a person of 180lbs can’t sit in the toilet bowl because their body will touch wall. After 5min of our Arrival in the room, the room power was gone, so we called front desk, waited 20min then the lady calls back saying they don’t have anyone to send to fix it. We also tried to call on the number provided in the email, no one picks up. You won’t get any service or help if you need like us. You are all alone. But they have a list of charge that they can charge you. It’s a very misleading post online, it’s not really a resort. It’s a room rented by a owner. It’s not managed by hotel so there’s no maintenance or service. DO NOT spoil your trip here.

I spend 6 nights per month here and their new restaurant is fantastic. It’s truly affordable and the staff is always friendly. The sunset from their rooftop lounge is breath taking. Cheaper and better than the Hilton across the street where I go for Happy Hour most days..I just purchased one of their Sultan Suites as an investment

The bathroom is small, the bathtub is very old. The frontdesk lady Juana who served the couple before me spent 45 minutes with them. She made my day feeling terrible. All other hotel service people are a lot nicer than her.
