The Casablanca Hotel is in an excellent location just steps from Times Square, with easy access to the subway and many of New York’s major attractions. Despite being so close to the bustle of Times Square, the hotel itself is surprisingly quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax after a busy day in the city. Rick’s Café is a standout feature, offering complimentary snacks and coffee 24/7, which is a thoughtful and convenient touch for guests. Having Tony’s Di Napoli restaurant right next door is also a big plus, providing a great dining option only steps away. The rooms can feel a little stuffy at times, but it’s a minor issue and didn’t detract from the overall stay. I cannot gush about this hotel enough! This was my second stay here, and my husband’s first time. We came as part of the NYE Experience, and it was such a fantastic time! Happy hour cheese and wine, food and entertainment, and easy access to see the ball drop on New Year’s Eve! ||At any time of year, this is a great place to stay. Your stay gets you a free basic breakfast, as well as unlimited water, tea, and snacks throughout the day. You are about a block or two away from the subway, which makes the proximity to Times Square worth it. The room was comfortable, had plenty of space for two, and we slept well. Above all—they have some of the best staff working here. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful!

This place was a fantastic find! Staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and generous size, especially for NYC. Location is perfect for easily getting to all the landmarks before returning to the tranquil surrounds in the hotel. Rick’s cafe is a fabulous addition with snacks and drinks available 24/7. We’ll be back 😊

Fabulous hotel situated less than a minute from Times Square, when you enter the hotel a tranquil oasis awaits. Staff were all amazing and friendly from all the front of house to the lovely ladies serving breakfast and the cleaner's. We stayed on the 5th floor and our room could definitely do with a wee bit of TLC wallpaper & cealing looked a bit jaded. However the room was quiet and peaceful with the comfiest of pillows, bathrobes & slippers. Rick's Lounge is the added bonus with access to tea, coffees, water & snacks 24/7 and a lovely place just to chill. Hotel is close to the subway & within walking distance to all the major attractions. If in doubt ask the front desk who are more than happy to help.

We had a great stay at the Casablanca Hotel and the service we received was fantastic. We had come to New York to see a Broadway show at the Lyric Theater which was just down the road - the perfect location. Close to Times Square and many places to eat. The rooms were a great size and we were really looked after by the staff when we made a few additional requests. The breakfast was delicious and the lounging area was lovely - a great stay and we will definitely return if back in NY in the future!
