Casa Sofi

Casa Sofi is perfect. Position is so convenient to walk everywhere, the nicest restaurants, the beach. Our room was so so quaint, cozy and well equipped. Service is very good either, room is cleaned every 2 days and fresh towels always available. Cleaner ladies are so so nice. Check in and check out super easy. I will definitely come back.

Casa Sofi is located in between the Miami Marina and the beach, so it's perfect for walking either direction. They have a water-bottle filling station that's a nice touch and convenient. The not-so-good aspects: We received no advance instructions indicating there's a contactless check-in, which was easy once we realized what to do, but there's no one onsite to talk to about noisy neighbors, extra towels, restaurant recommendations, etc; We texted "Customer Service" several times with basic questions/requests, but received absolutely no response; There's a lot of noise from both the street and other guests, but since there's not staff onsite, noisy guests can run amok; The rooms are nice, but small and the design is impractical for travelers (for example, there's no place to open/set a su

Great location with walking distance to Miami Beach and South Beach. Room is comfortable and clean. Beach towels provided and complimentary beach chairs at Miami Beach which was very much appreciated. We had a 7-hour window between check-out and needing to get to the airport, and they have kindly let us store our luggages at their other hotel (Casa Ocean) so we could explore Miami more!

I’d describe Casa Sophi Hotel as really an Airbnb dressed up as a hotel w/ zero amenities! There’s no mention of this on their website! There’s no front desk or concierge, and housekeeping is minimal — they only clean the room and restock towels about twice a week, which isn’t what most people expect from a hotel stay. That said, the location is great (easy walk to everything in South Beach), and the property itself has a clean, fun vibe with stylish decor. Beach chairs are a plus too. If you go in knowing it’s more self-service than full-service, it can work — just adjust expectations. Overall, a solid but not amazing experience. ⭐⭐

The place is super clean and easy to access. Quiet street which is great. However , walls are paper thin. I didn’t sleep for 3 nights because the people above me were stomping on my head just walking 1-5 am . While it’s not the places fault , it unfortunately will not make me come back most likely. I wish they would have more insulation or warn people . But overall I loved how clean it was and easy to get in touch with staff when needed.
