Casa Oliver Hotel & Resort

I really have no major complaints. I understand the resort is under new ownership and is making improvements. My only real gripe is how much I spent to stay & how few amenities there are in the rooms. No robes, no coffee, cheap towels, & cheap bedding, "breakfast" in the "cafe" was just embarassing.....at over $400 per night I expect some more bells & whistles. The level of service just isn't up to par with the price point. The staff were beyond nice, the entire resort was super clean, and the location is reasonably convenient. The Maze is what it is. I had a blast! It was clean & everything that it should be. I'd 100% give Casa Oliver another shot when I'm back in PS just to see how far the new owners can improve things.

Great stay! The owners, Lori and Jeff, are lovely. Anton and Mark at the front desk are wonderful. The caretaker (whose name I can’t remember, is awesome. ||I love all the investments they’re making in the property, the maze, and the rooms. And they’re open to feedback as they renovate in stages. They really care about it and they enjoy and respect the community.||It really has the potential to be the exotic Gay getaway that it was marketed as (but wasn’t) when it was “Inn Exile” back in the day. Lori and Jeff seem committed to realizing that potential. ||I’ll be back! And I’m looking forward to watching it evolve!

I just stayed at Casa Oliver in a for four days, and the trip offered a mix of wonderful stuff and some major issues with the room. We truly enjoyed the overall experience especially the heated pool and the hot tub. The location is fantastic and the staff were consistently kind and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. These positives are why we would love to return! But..... the quality of our specific room was seriously disappointing given the price. I have had better quality rooms at Super 8's. We stayed in one of the unrenovated rooms so I know that plays a role, but such rooms were not THAT much cheaper. And frankly, it was in poor shape. The bathroom featured a bathtub with a peeling surface and a sink faucet that dripped perpetually. We also noticed significant grime accum

The transformation from All-worlds to Casa Oliver is like night and day. As a local, I will often purchase day or weekend passes, and the difference in atmosphere and vibe is 100% better. They have made smart, noticeable upgrades to the grounds and rooms, the indoor maze is everything you could want it to be, and the staff are absolutely some of the friendliest people in the business. Also have to give a special shout out to one the owners , Lorie, who I first met on a busy weekend just after the sale when she was working alone at the check in desk with a line of guys out the door and she obviously still becoming familiar with their systems , was the picture of poise and calm under pressure. She was all smiles and apologies (you could tell 100% genuine , no fake customer service here) and

We just went in for a day pass. The pool is very nice. The playrooms were fun. There were lots of friendly guys there. Don't go on a Sunday, it's overwhelmingly loud when they have their DJ, unless you like that kind of thing. It would be nice if there was more shade.
