Casa Ocean

I’m honestly beyond disappointed with my stay at Casa Ocean. From the moment we walked in, it was one issue after another. The walls are unbelievably thin — you can hear full conversations, TVs, doors slamming, footsteps, everything. It felt like we were sharing our room with total strangers. There was zero privacy and absolutely no chance of getting a peaceful night’s sleep. There’s also no proper heat in the rooms for when it gets cold, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Not being able to control the temperature is unacceptable, especially when you’re paying for a hotel expecting basic comfort. The room itself was extremely small — once our luggage was inside, there was barely space to move. It felt cramped and nothing like what was advertised. What really pushed this experienc

Had a wonderful 2 night stay. The location is perfect and the complimentary beach chairs were wonderful. This part of the beach is spectacular! The automated check in worked out great although I was admittedly a bit hesitant. There were some workers around and were very polite and helpful for shampoo etc. the room (101) was nice and modern but did have a profound musty moldy smell. While you get used to we worry if there is mold it can be unhealthy. Also all of the comments about noise were true. They did provide earplugs. The walls are paper thin. We would definitely stay again!

This Hotel is so cute and clean! Comfortable beds and pillows! The beach is a short walk, and being a guest of the hotel, you get a beach towel and a lounge chair daily. You can also add an Umbrella for $15. There’s also a lot of cute little cafés close by. And plenty to of places to eat.

Nice room - but small. Comfy bed and good working A/C. Very thin walls - you can hear your neighbors (especially when they argue! LOL) Very good location - close to the beach. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful - some of them not so much. You do not make contact with anyone - check-in and check-out, door control etc. is all made electronically. It all worked for us.

Allowed an hour early check-in since our flight got in early and the room was cleaned.Very simple and very clean room. Perfect location on Ocean Drive South Beach. Able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.
