Casa Faena Miami Beach

Absolutely loved our stay at Casa Faena in January 2025. We enjoyed a large and beautiful room, the hotel decoration is authentic and colorful, in a very Latin and beautiful way. We had several meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at the hotel and it was delicious. Staff was friendly and serviceable. We’ll come back!

I was excited to try Casa Faena as a more affordable entry point to the Faena hotel family and brand, but quickly learned it was not really related to the main property in any way. Other than the lobby decor, the hotel is more of a budget-furnished bare bones property with paper thin walls and less-than-helpful staff. I booked this property though a rewards portal (apparently associated with Agoda) that advertised the property amenities in a way that implied guests had access to the main Faena amenities (listed a pool, beach, and fitness center), but this is not the case. There is no pool and the only beach amenity is the provision of unbranded beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to take to the public beach themselves. Sensational service and historic charm make for the perfect place to stay in Miami. From the moment you walk in you feel special. Orlando at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and attentive to our entire team. Gerrit the hotel manger checked in on us at breakfast and dinner, he was very helpful and attentive. Our entire team enjoyed all the food served by Andres at the restaurant and every single bite was an experience I would love to enjoy again! 10/10 I will stay at Casa FAENA again!

This is charming spot that stands out from all the other hotels for its uniqueness. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming and Garit and Orlando were incredibly hospitable and helpful with any requests we had and they provided us with complimentary chairs, towels and umbrellas to be able to use at the beach which was a short walk across the street. The food at Campo was stellar. We had several meals there and there was not one thing we ate that wasn't absolutely delicious. Great vibes all around.

Such a horrible experience. Front desk was cold and never answer the call when you need them. The most outdated and gross amenities in the room - the fan in the room smelled like restaurant’s back kitchen with grease, and there’s random noises at night making people hard to fall asleep. No responses when trying to reach the front desk about the issue. Also the restaurant downstairs plays loud music all day long and you can hear that so clearly in the room and the music doesn’t stop till late night. Never coming back. So not worth the money.
