Not safe unless you're armed. We stayed here for a little over a week and had homeless on the porch twice, gun shots several times across the street, a broken washer in the kitchen, a broken gate, had junk in drawers throughout the house, and was locked out of the house because the keypad was broken. Don't worry, there was an unlocked hidden key next to the door. Parking is difficult, and the backyard should be reported to the city. Stay away.
