Carolina Motel

This place is fantastic. The rooms are clean. The staff is wonderful so nice. Any questions you have they’re happy to answer. They have a nice pool. They have a fire pit in the front that they light around seven in the evening and you can sit around and yak with the other Guest. I will definitely be staying here again.

A really lovely little place. Coming from the UK, I was a little apprehensive not staying in a chain hotel, but I’m so glad I chose the Carolina motel! It was so charming, felt super safe and had so much character. Shoutout to David who was really helpful on the phone and reassured me regarding our late check in!

We've stayed there 4 or 5 times. The rooms are comfortable and David is very helpful. He knows where all the good restaurants are located. They have an outdoor fireplace with chairs where one can enjoy meeting people from various locations.

We had a lovely one night stay at Carolina Motel, such a cute little place and David was very helpful and polite. We were arriving after check in hours and he talked us through how to get out keys and had the room all ready for us. Super clean, safe and perfect location if you’re planning on driving up to the Smokies. We’d 1000% come back

We enjoyed our stay at Carolina Motel very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful answering my email questions prior to arrival. The entire facility and grounds are nicely updated, our room was extra clean and comfortable, and the price was very affordable. While breakfast is not included (free coffee in the lobby), there are several restaurants close by. We will definitely be back when we're in the area.
