Caribbean Club Resort

Seriously couldn’t give this place anymore praise than what I’m about to give now. We come here every year for our anniversary trip and will continue to for all the years to come. The rooms are top tier and we’ve always had great customer service. If you’re looking for a home away from home this is your place. It’s in a super convenient location with literally everything you need either there or near by. I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the dells!!!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Caribbean Resort! The condo we rented seemed to be newly renovated with a fireplace both in the living room and in the master bedroom. There were large TVs in every room. The kitchen was remodeled and had a dishwasher. The condo also had a nice washer and dryer. We had 4 adults and 2 kids in our condo and it was the perfect size! The kitchen table had 8 seats so we made sure to have a large breakfast and dinner at our condo each day. We were just steps away from a sandy beach area where the kids build sand castles and played with frogs. They also had an outdoor and indoor pool for the kids to enjoy when the parents were tried from being out all day. It was a great experience! We will be back!

Booked on booking.com but didn’t get the room we booked with a king bed but got a queen bed. Saying rooms are not guaranteed on booking.com. Room was ok faced Lake Delton and pretty at sunset. They leave the desk at 5:00 each day so you have no one around if a problem arises. We locked both keys in our room and it was after 5. Called and got an answering machine. Called security number no one answered. Called the police to see if they had a contact number. Police and security arrive 45 minutes later. Our room was a walk to the pool area. Small pool area, charged 2.50 for a bottle of water at the desk.

Getting someone to answer the phone was my biggest problem!! Condo 612 was nice and spacious. Beautiful view of Lake Delton. The table in the living area was broken and glued back together obviously. Lights in upstairs bathroom was broken. Easy fixes honestly that could have been done. Whole place was clean enough for me. Hot water for jacuzzi didn't work but it wasn't a big deal. Over all my family of 10 had a GREAT time ❤

Many issues with rental 616. I did get a reimbursement for some of my stay after emailing the resort however just a credit was sent to my credit card and no response back with an apology or confirmation they will work on fixing the issues reported for the next guests.
