Cardozo South Beach

Starting with first impressions. After a very long day of travelling from the UK, I found when I arrived the customer service to be lack lustre. There were two members of staff at the desk; one who was checking me in and the other stood the other side. They continued to converse in Spanish with one another and did not engage me in conversation. It felt a little intimidating, almost as if I was being spoken about. I think improvement in customer service is needed.||The room; clean, comfortable, everything I needed. The shower took a while to warm up and the water pressure wasn’t great. The hotel is noisy. You can hear conversations in corridors and other rooms. I was on the second floor and above me also there was a lot of stomping. ||Location; great location. Situated in the heart of ocean

If you're looking for the perfect beachside escape, this hotel is a hidden gem. Staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. Whether you're lounging by the water, enjoying fresh seafood nearby, or simply unwinding with the sound of the waves, this spot is ideal for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommended for a relaxing retreat by the sea.

An amazing experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the restaurant connected to the hotel was phenomenal, and the beach is conveniently located right across the street. Our room was spectacular and offered the most beautiful view. I can’t wait to come back this summer!!

I was really impressed by my whole experience. This hotel is perfectly located for families. The beach and park are seconds away by walking. They offer bikes with no extra charge. The coffee shop and restaurant are really cute! They have live music every night and lounge chairs around the patio for relaxation. The staff is so accommodating and kind. I have to make special mention of Delvis at the front desk! Very proactive and helpful. So clean and the beds and pillows were surprisingly super comfortable. There was one negative, it sounded like a door kept slamming outside while we were trying to sleep, it went on for a long time but eventually stopped. The AC unit makes noise but not as loud as others I have been around. Just bring ear plugs.

Our stay at the Cardozo Hotel Miami was a mixed experience. While the hotel itself was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating, the Garden Area rooms were unfortunately not restful. The courtyard string lights shine directly into the rooms all night, making it difficult to sleep. If you’re on the second floor, you can also hear the ice machine running throughout the night and starting again early around 6 AM. What we hoped would be a peaceful getaway ended up being a couple of restless nights. Overall, great service and cleanliness, but we recommend requesting a different room location if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay.
