Currently updating the facility. The rooms are nice and front desk service is also good. House keeping is a 0 star. I had to plead for 3 days to get my room cleaned. And eventually, only 1 bed was made and the other was untouched and totally ignored. No vacuumingwas done, no bathroom touch up and no trash removed. House keeping has been a horrible experience.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet but be sure to request one of the renovated rooms if you can. I was there for work and I couldn't get the table and the old office chair to be at the right height to work on my laptop comfortably. I'm certain the renovate rooms have the new furniture.

Positive: Location was great, lots of restaurants within walking distance Negative: The room refrigerator ran all night and strip led lights stayed on all night had to unplug from outlet behind refrigerator kept me up was super bright

Nope. Renovations work around guests when done correctly. Contain messes, there were no tarps or efforts made to keep the mess where it should be. Room was updated but looked worn out already at the same time. Room wasn’t clean, hair everywhere. What I hope was construction residue all over the counter.

service is atrocious, my company has here for a week for fall outage at Patriot power. Hardly any hot water when showering, construction going on in lobby so be aware of that. No complimentary breakfast, coffee is water down. Etc.
