Decent hotel 20 min from airport!! Price was reasonable and staff were friendly. I was suprized my room was clean, quiet, smelled good and bed was very comfortable. Room even had recliner, full size fridge, desk and a pretty decent clean bathroom. Elevator was still inop but stairs worked fine for me.

We needed a quick place to stay overnight, and while this checked the box, I wouldn't consider this for anything longer. The staff was friendly, competent, and check in was a breeze. This hotel is located within an industrial park. The rooms are large, impeccably clean, and the beds are super comfy. Lobby store is well stocked. So why 3-stars? When you pull into the parking lot, the front of the hotel is nothing like the photos. You have a crumbly brick facade which needs repainted. Enter the front doors and you can smell the mildew and see the stained carpets through the lobby and third floors. Upon entering the room, I immediately encountered several issues that made my stay uncomfortable. The bathroom door would not shut properly, as it was misaligned with the lock and could not be secured for privacy. Additionally, the lock on the outside of the bathroom appeared to have been tampered with, as it was bent and unusable. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also concerning. There was hair all over the tub, towels, and wall. In the kitchen sink there was dried spoiled milk. The counters were dirty, and there was a stain on the wall near the west bed that looked like it had been caused by a liquid spill and was never cleaned. NO LUGGAGE CARTS. I really like this place as in the room, staff and location, but it's all worth nothing if I can't even check out at the end of my stay because the trashy inconsiderate people who stay here keep every cart in their rooms. There used to also be a cart for the laundry room, but some woman has been holding that hostage in her room for weeks as well. Room 400 used a cart every day for groceries then left it outside their room every single time. I brought it back down from there at least 4 times. Yesterday I returned a cart from the hall that someone had abandoned then not even 30 minutes later the same cart from where it was left again in a parking space outside, and after all that the next person to pick it up from the proper place took it into their room.
