Love it here! New sign/name change about a week ago. Landlord/management is wonderful!!!

Great vibe my husband loves the chillaxin atmosphere he is there alot visiting n checking up on a really good friend of ours he considers a sister n her 2 young children call him uncle BIRD but the calm laid back n cast a rod out is wht many of us floridians look for after being raised in this tortuwous heat n solitude not the horns gun fire n sirens we really liked it there and are gonna acuirre bout getting a spot there it's much low key n relaxed than were we are but besides some landscape issues we saw n clean out some of the canal ..definitely needs some trees planted ones tht grow quick tht give shade n maybe a fence n gate across the front tht would be great they have perfect location we rvjinkbn our friend is very happy with manger owner n tenants there

Best landlord and neighbors are nice very quiet spot with great view of the canal
