Camper Corral RV Park

Great spot for a night while in transit on 287! Felt a bit sketchy at first to be fair, but plenty of sites available, electricity and water as promised, and we didn’t have to interact with a single person while we stayed. Dropped my $15 in the box on the door by the sign at the entrance and said a prayer. Nobody checked on us or asked about it, which seems to confirm the “honor system” others have already mentioned. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay - electricity and water for $15! Better than a state park campground and WAY cheaper than other RV parks along this route. There was quite a bit of road noise but that’s the price for convenient access to the highway (and other places along 287 will suffer the same issue)

I actually broke down and had one of the tenants pull me know to an empty spot and the people there were extremely understanding and helpful specifically a woman named Harvey. Great person great lil place

This little place was such a great find. If it had been cooler weather we would have dry camped. We had parked in town at the Red Rood Inn & RV Park and that was horrible so we got a refund and headed on down the road. The Camper Corral is out of town with full hookups. It is on 287, has level spots that are dirt, rock and grass. Easy pull through spots. Pay at the little building at the entrance by putting $15 in an envelope into a small box on the door. It started raining right before we unhooked to leave and all the power went out, but it appeared to be out all over the area. I saw an electrical truck go by. Thanks for providing such a good reasonably priced place for an overnight stay.

Quiet and well kept. A quick roadside overnight stay. Will definitely will stop there again. In my opinion it was worth more than the $15 charge.

Great spot as you're passing thru. Excellent sunset and amazing Autumn moon scene. So glad we stopped. $15 overnight fee with full hookups. Recommend!!
