Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, Autograph Collection

We had such a great experience at the pool today thanks to the incredible service! Our poolside server, Angelo, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed - Always checking in with a smile, seeing if we needed anything and making the afternoon relaxing & easy. The assistance around the pool area was impressive. The team was attentive, friendly & quick to help with towels and seating. It’s clear they care about their guest. This service makes a huge difference in our ability to relax. We can’t wait to come back! ☀️

I rarely leave negative reviews but this hotel was the definition of a complete disappointment, especially for the price. The rooms while updated are poorly maintained and very dirty, with stains on towels and robes. The reception staff doesn’t utilize common sense when issue arise such as returning calls with updates when the walls are vibrating due to the “air conditioning on the roof” resulting in the ability to sleep through the next. The bathroom sink didn’t not properly drain, the toilet doesn’t flush, balcony furniture is dirty and there is dirt/dust/grime throughout room. I’ve had better service and cleanliness at a Courtyard Marriott let alone an Autograph Collection. The staff also failed to explain what was included in the resort fee or how to utilize. Location, ok. 45 minute walk to South Beach along the board walk or Collins avenue, but remember traffic is notoriously bad anywhere in Miami so check taxi or uber pricing and factor it in. Hotel looks fab, art deco but a little tired, but who isn't these days!!!! Pools are good, the adults only cabana pool also heated which is great. What let's this place down is the approach to customer service. If I were trusting and optimistic id call it chaotic and feel sorry for the staff having to work with such processes and policies, if I were cynical id say it feels organised and too endemic to be accidental. Bills wrong, check in way after 4pm, odd charges on the bill, room had to change as no drawers or safe, made worse by not believing me and sending a man up to see the 'situation' to at first

I checked in and was given a handicap room, I understand they were sold out, but this meant I had no closet to hang my dresses, I had no bathroom counter space and my room was backed up to an alley where you constantly heard reverse beeping at all hours. When I tried to order room service on the phone they could not understand me and said the coffee machine was broken. The room was freezing and when I tried to talk to someone about it we had several language barriers and then to be told they don’t have heat at all in the entire hotel. There was no body wash or lotion in my room. I had to check out early for. death in my family. We had a really lovely time at the Cadillac Hotel! Came for a mom and daughter long weekend. We did not quite know what to expect after reading reviews--they seemed somewhat mixed. We're really glad that we chose the Cadillac--we absolutely loved the hotel! The entire staff is effusively, enthusiastically friendly. Food was great, lobby bar was great, bungalow bar nice too. Good service by pool and beachfront. Our room was spacious and clean, and it seemed that we actually got a nicer room than we paid for. Ocean front balcony, double queen. It was on a high floor. I think the only downside of the room was that the drone of the neighboring hotel's AC compressor was really loud when we were outside sitting on the balcony. Room itself was quiet though.
