Buena Vista Inn

I wish I could give negative stars on here. There are no words or pictures that could properly explain how incredibly disgusting and unsafe this place was. We were given room 304. And I say that for a reason. There are a few good reviews or even okay reviews on here and I do not understand how that is even possible. Our room smelled of feces and urine. The carpeting was squishy on the side of the bed as though the padding was filled with urine, and by the smell especially in that area, I am certain that was the case. we left and did not stay. They told us our room was non refundable. The door did not even latch or lock securely. Someone could have easily come up and broke through it. This place should be shut down and the people who own and run it should be embarrassed. None of the picture

The hotel only takes cash deposits and the place could use a major overhaul as it has apparently seen better days . Some appliances in the room are in disrepair and the furniture such as the lampshade is falling apart . The bedsheets look a little dingy and not properly washed and I do recommend wearing slippers across the floor as it could easily make your feet dingy if you ever walk barefoot .

Chose this place because it's close to Disney. On first inspection, a fair enough budget hotel room. Then I took a shower, and the shower was broken, spraying water across the bathroom. Whatever, I can deal with that. It was still coming out of the shower head so I made do. The bathtub is cracked and previous attempts to obviously paint over the damage have already worn away. Sign at the checkin window says "2 free keys, 5 dollars for extra keys" They gave us one key. We're passing it back and forth instead of risking paying for another key. Then this morning as we leave for Disney, I meet our unexpected roommate. He's kinda cute, but we didn't find him until we had already spent a night here. He shared the room with us all night. Went for a couple nights and had a good experience the rooms are clean and has good cable the WiFi not so much. Customer service was great they have nice staff.
