Lmao! This place is a dump. We booked via the website and the pics shown. Haha so we did call to check on pool. Of course it is closed for renovations. Prob since 92. Get here the place smells like old onions with a side of cabbage stew. Dude at the window acting like this place is Loews. We have 2 pillows that are equal to one place due to the face they’re so smashed and old. We had one towel, went down to get atleast one more so we didn’t have to share and he acted like he was giving us his kidney. Couch looks like it’s from off the porch from Sanford and Son. Toilet water was running, no trash can in room, TV barely hanging on for dear life on the wall. The sink by the microwave is a bowl with a faucet hanging over it. Luckily we did make it to the second floor as the elevator did run

Positive: It was only 6 min away from the concert Negative: My stay was horrible, the sheets were dirty, there was roaches everywhere, shower only had cold water. I would never book here again & it needs to be closed down!

I booked this hotel because I had limited time to make a reservation and was staying for a short period, so I thought it would be a good value for the price. It looked good on Booking and in the photos, but the reality was completely different. There was no hot water in the shower, and basic essentials like toilet paper were missing. On top of that, there were bugs in my room!! The only things that worked electronically were the air conditioner and the TV. Even the bedside lamps did not work. I strongly recommend paying an extra $50–60 and staying somewhere else to avoid this kind of experience.

I booked a last-minute stay at Budgetel Inns & Suites - Atlanta Galleria Stadium in Atlanta due to an emergency, based on the pictures and description on Booking.com. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different and very upsetting. Although the outside of the hotel looks acceptable, the experience quickly went downhill once we arrived. The area felt extremely unsafe and sketchy. My sister and I were uncomfortable from the moment we walked from the car to the hotel, receiving disturbing looks from people hanging around the property. Inside the hotel, it felt empty and eerie. No rugs in the hallways, poor lighting, and an overall unsettling atmosphere. The receptionist was rude, unwelcoming, and dismissive from the start. For some context, we were driving from NYC to Texas, and Atlanta was our halfway mark — plus, it gave us an excuse to visit the aquarium. That’s why we went with the cheaper accommodation option… if you can even call it that. First impressions: it looked like an abandoned building that squatters took over and decided to run for extra cash. There was a sign outside the parking lot saying they weren’t liable if anything got stolen — I assumed it was just standard protocol, but it definitely didn’t inspire confidence. As for the room itself: it was surprisingly spacious, with a bed, some random furniture, and a working TV. The sheets were questionable, and we had a pillow and a half — literally.
