Room had mold and a mildewy smell, was in need of a fre small repairs. The guy at the front desk was very nice, helpful and even let us check in early, and he gets 5 stars alone for that.

First and foremost as soon as you walk in, there is such a bad smell. I didn’t see any visible mold but it definitely had to be somewhere maybe under the carpet there was carpet in the room. But It had a very bad moldy smell. The curtains had stains the bed sheets and blankets had holes, You could notice that the hot tub had not been cleaned. There was so much dust and dirt sitting at the bottom of the hot tub. We booked in a rush so it kind of went over our heads to look at the reviews, but once we were checked in and we walked in the room and we saw what we were walking into and the smell. I decided to look at the reviews and two months ago. Someone said they woke up in the middle of the night itching and it was bedbugs. We did check the bed and the dressers. We didn’t find anything, but

3.5 stars. Enjoyed the stay, comfortable nice sized Jacuzzi, bed was okay. LCD TV was small, but no complaints. Shower had great water pressure, but someone else using water in another unit may affect the temperature, as it did to me. The provided pillows were flat, so bring your own if that's a problem. Loved the updated key card (no magnetic strip) lock on the doors as it's probably the most modern in the area, but didn't like there's no deadbolt, which didn't help the fact our door had a fair size gap when closed. That gap would be really annoying if it was in the middle of winter with the cold draft or summer with maybe bugs trying to come in from the outside light. We were greeted nicely. We mistakenly booked a smoking room, we don't smoke, and the owner was willing to change our room w/o going through the new process of reserving a non smoking room . However, the first look inside the room shows pleasant and exciting by the blue wall paint and nicely made beds. When we started settling in and unpacking we noticed several unpleasant things and I wish I would have took pictures to support my review. 1. Unwashed dirty hand towel - it was folded for display and ready you, when I grabbed it to use it in the fold was a hard brown substance, showing this clearly wasn't washed. 2. Comforter sheets looked dingy and unwashed and this is only noticed when you pull them back to reveal the underside not the top design side. 3. The water flow for the sink out
