The night time security guard will harrass you and write your tag number for your info and NOT to give to the hotel but to harm you in some way!!! Please stay away from here if you are pretty he has been harassing me and following me around the property all night and I have to wait until in the morning to report him to staff . Praying I make it.

My boyfriend and I were quickly looking for places to stay in the area until his truck was finished getting worked on at a freight liner dealership. We’re from New York so we’re not familiar with the area, we found this one online thinking it looked nice and it was cheaper in price than some so win win situation.. was not what we expected at all this place is so dirty and not clean or sanitary. Our room smelled like old food (the pizza in the oven like really🤣) and weed. And let’s just say the people staying there were very different. this is unacceptable but for the area I’m not surprised I guess. We didn’t really have much time to do any research before hand but now we know for next time. We’re truly disgusted, the only positive thing I have to say is that the young girl checking us in

1. Someone else's key unlocked my door AND my deadbolt. At 4am, a stumbling drunk man was able to open my door with his room key. I had not chained the door, and he was able to swing it wide open, even though I had locked the deadbolt. In an already unsafe-feeling neighborhood for a single woman, this shook me to the core enough that I checked out and moved to another hotel. Apparently, the people checking me in didn't actually check me in, so the next front desk employee gave my room away to another person. Doesn't explain the dead bolt malfunction, though.||2. I booked a single non-smoking king room. I received a 2-double bed that smelled of second hand smoke.||3. The phone said "Sheraton" on it. The phone didn't dial the front desk when you pushed the button, because it was trying to di

It is what it is. Mostly rooms are long term living with a few "nicer" ones for nightly. Well give them this, since area is ROUGH the fence and gate make it feel a little more safe.

If you are looking for cheap, it’s there. The hotel is more a motel with week long renters. I showed up at about 5:15. The lobby was closed with no directions in how to get a key. People staying here could be very intimidating, if you are not use to it. I would relate it to the rougher sections of large cities. The rooms are somewhat clean , but dated. I would not recommend it for families or single women.
