Budget Plaza Motel

I stay here when I come in town weekly until my last stay. The light skin woman at the desk was extremely rude and her attitude was un called for. So I will never stay there again. Other than that the rooms where clean and the rest of the staff were good 👍🏾.

For the price this place charges, you get what you pay for. Cheap room. I was told the area was sketchy at best. But I didn't see anything that was worth looking out for. As far as the room goes. It was decent. Towels and soap were provided. Didn't use the TV, fridge, or microwave. The room had a damaged outet and was A little to close to the bed. The faucet on the sink wasn't mounted. Neither was the toilet as it would move when I would sit and stand up.

First, I know this is definitely not a good place, although if they have license to operate a hotel they should have to follow the laws and treat customers, well at least like humans. It's been a whirlwind of just horrible things in life lately, so I paid for a room just to shower get sleep and breathe a minute. 2nd went in with reservation # and my girls license was expired so I'd use mine, it was my card anyway that paid. Well he can't do that. He told me I had to call the online company I booked with to add me. Well, I did. Email came through, went back in " SORRY MAME, THEY HAVEN'T CALLED, I CAN'T HELP YOU" OK. So I called the online number again. Put the representative in speaker, she verified the information, and I informed the manager, while on speaker with representative, that

The room still had soap residue on the soap holder in the restroom. Also, there is something old that was still in the refrigerator however, on the good side, it was a huge room. Service was fine. The location was convenient for what I needed. I didn’t take pictures of the soap residue because, given the price I couldn’t expect much different. The staff was friendly. The one problem I had was they let children run back-and-forth throughout the day on the tier where my room was.

Pillows and pillow cases need to be replaced. It didn't have toilet paper. So I ended up buying two rolls at the store. I'd stayed in a room directly behind the office that has a window all the way to the back beside the bathroom. Not much light to cover the entire room. It's ridiculous.
