Budget Inn of Lodi

Let me start by saying the photos absolutely don’t do this place justice. The property is extremely clean, safe, and well-kept. Parking is conveniently located right in front of the rooms, and check-in was quick and effortless. I arrived from LA very late at night, and Ricky assisted me right away. He even upgraded me to a king-size room, which was a great surprise. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I’m genuinely impressed with the overall experience. I would 100% stay here again every time I’m in the area. Thank you, Ricky your customer service was exceptional!

The room was comfortable, clean, & spacious. There was convenient parking, and no stairs to climb. The shower had good water pressure, and the bathroom had ample space for maneuvering. The motel's location was quiet, yet not far from Highway 99. There were several choices for breakfast nearby, as well.

Manager/Owner very accommodating, respectful and professional. Quiet, comfortably adequate overnight or 2 day accommodations. Only complaint I had was no temperature setting for the heater/air-conditioning so you constantly have to manually adjust, inconvenient. Some in ceiling lights were not working, bulb maintenance, as well as fan in bathroom either extremely noisy or didn't work at all. Recently updated interior of the rooms, giving them a much more upscale modern motifs. Exterior has been professionally painted in a pleasant blue with white trim, that looks clean and nautical. The room was newly updated and clean. Ricky at the front desk was helpful and nice. Parallel parking in front of the door made it quick and easy to get in and out to my car. The way the building is laid out the rooms are far off the street and quiet. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.
