Budget Inn Motel

Renovated rooms that are VERY competitively priced, and feel quite cozy. They've got great towels, great water pressure in the showers, and showers acutremats in case you forget to pack your own, which is a lifesaver (and it actually smells good.) The rooms are tucked away, safe, and with a car the location is great but the only downside is the closest bus stop is 30min or so away, which can pose a problem for some but as for the motel, I was shocked that it's as nice as it is, with an incredibly kind and expeditious check in as I was very jet lagged, top tier service guys. Much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks guys!

I booked this place for a week. My first impression as I walked into the room was an unbelievably cloying smell of a deodorizing chemical. The presence of a dozen houseflies hanging around on the ceiling taking their time to buzz around and pester me now and then added to the ambience. Holes burnt into the sheets and covers of the bed linens were a nice touch. Then to add to the whole picture, waking up to bedbugs trying to snack on you... Best wake up ever.||||Left after one night. The booking was non-refundable and property owner/management would not make it right. So now I'm out $900 for something that isn't usable.||||I would advise avoiding this place.

Unsafe, Dirty, and Misleading – Do Not Stay Here I booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled heavily of cigarettes and drugs. The property was full of drug addicts openly using fentanyl. People were clearly intoxicated and out of control. We felt unsafe and at risk the entire time. The front desk took over 20 minutes to answer the bell. There was no staff presence and no sense of security. Because we feared for our safety, we did not stay and did not use the room at all. The motel is dirty, unhealthy, and nothing like the photos shown on Expedia. Those pictures are completely misleading. This place is a fraud. We tried to resolve the issue with Expedia, but they did absolutely nothing to help. I strongly warn others: do not stay here.

Stayed here on 1/3/25. So far the worst experience I’ve had with staying somewhere budget friendly. Budget friendly should not have to mean no thought into room cleanliness. Also saw two cockroaches in the room while staying there. Floor, sink, and shower had hair. There was a beverage in the refrigerator from a previous customer. Please do not stay here.

I can only say one thing about this motel. The guy at the desk was very nice and friendly but everything else was a no no. The room was perfect but I had to deal with bugs. Everytime I look up, I see a bug crawling. It's sad that I had buy go and buy a bug spray raid. I was afraid of having one in bed with me and I kept checking on my car , looking out the window to see if someone not messing with it. There was many people back and forth, walking around. And I wasn't sure if they work there or random people.
