-1,000,000,000 stars ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! ROACHES, MICE, THE ROOM IM CURRENTLY IN HAS SO MANY SAFTEY HAZARDS AND NO FIRE ALARM. NO HOT WATER TO THE ONLY SINK IN THE ROOM, AND DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE HOSTILITY, RUDENESS, TOURMENT AND LIES, THE MANAGER HAS PUT, NOT JUST MYSELF BUT OTHER TENENTS UNDER. AFTER BEING TOLD THAT THE ROOM HE WAS PUTTING MYSELF IN WASNT READY, NOR WAS IT CLEAN, HE STILL REFUSED TO PUT ME IN A ROOM THAT WAS CLEAN, THAT HAD A KEY, AND FOR A WHOLE WEEK, I HAD NO KEY TO MY ROOM. I TOLD THE MANAGER THAT I HAD KIDS, AN THE ROOM WASNT EFFICIENT ENOUGH TO EVEN HOUSE A COUPLE, LET ALONE ONE PERSON. I TOLD HIM I LOOKED AT THE WEB PAGES PHOTOS AND SAW THAT THERE WAS BIGGER, CLEANER, WORKING, UP TO CODE ROOMS, WITH TWO SINKS AND A FULL FRIDGE, WITH

For the price, ($100) it was worth it. I felt safe and it was quiet. I didn't hear any cars or traffic given it's on a main road. Sheets were clean, bathroom and towels were also clean. Good pressure on water and piping hot too for those who like that. The vinyl floors are a plus since I suffer from allergies. I stayed in room 110 and it was freshly painted, AC worked well and mini fridge and microwave worked. I would recommend.

I knew that I wasn't booking a five-star resort when I booked my room. Some of the other reviewers talked about remodeled rooms, and the pictures show remodeled rooms, but my room on the back corner of the property had not been remodeled. I wish I had taken pictures to show you how different my room was from the pictures used to advertise the property. My room was in rough condition. There was no tissue and barely enough toilet paper for two people for a night. There were no blankets. A previous guest must have stolen the pictures off the wall because there were hooks, but no pictures (not that it matters for the night I was there, but it just added to the seedy feel of the place). After being rudely treated and them trying to double the price at a different motel due to them not accepting my husband's obviously 100% trained GSD service dog, we walked all the way across town to the Budget Inn. The owner here was very accommodating and pleasant. He gave all three of us a bottle of water on this super hot day and even upgraded our room for free since he didn't have a regular 2 bed available. The shower was hot, the air conditioner and fridge were cold and the room was spacious. An overall pleasant experience and would stay here again!

Supposedly this place had a bad reputation in the past, but don't listen to that old news! We hiked in from the trail after a solid week in the woods, and after being treated poorly at another place in town (I won't say their name but it rhymes with Yardinal), we came to this place and were VERY pleasantly surprised! The newly remodeled rooms were very nice, especially for the low price, and the gentleman running the place was very friendly, very hospitable, and very easygoing. The whole two days we were there, the man was hard at work continuing to improve and remodel more of the property. If you're the princess type you need to just go find a castle but otherwise give this guy a chance, you won't be disappointed trust me!
