Budget Inn East

This was a very well priced hotel that I lucked into while attending to a very ill family member at the local hospital there in Kissimmee. The owner was very helpful and kind and the room was exactly what I needed with a frig and microwave. Everything was clean and smelled great. The bed was comfortable and I slept great for the 19 days I ended up staying there.

Keith is very helpful and the room is nice. Definitely affordable pricing but my room could've been cleaner. Otherwise all around nice experience. I actually ended up having to extend my stay and Keith was more than accommodating and even offered to allow me to stay in my room after checkout to see if I'm getting a route. Awesome of him and would def come again!!!

I needed a room at the last minute, and this was a great stop on my trip. Even though the area looks rough, the room was very nice, clean, and no bugs, which is huge for me. The innkeepers are so very sweet and friendly, these are good people that deserve your business. I'd stay here again anytime I'm in Orlando.

Most disgusting place ever. Rooms disgusting, lot with trash and needles outside, had to leave as soon as I got there. Nothing like the advertised photos. Brittany was rude and uncaring. I challenge her to spend a weekend in the dump of a room she gave me. Don't waste your time and money. MOLD, STAINED WALLS, RUSTED FIXTURES! If they actually started remodeling 9 months ago, you would never have known it! This place is a joke and need demolished!

Mr.Keith & Ms.Brittney was very kind and welcoming. They made our stay in Kissimmee comfortably. Clean sheets,Towels and Room .No odors in the room. Highly recommend if your in the Kissimmee area. Thank you guys , much love.
