Budget Inn

Paid $340 all in cash for one week 5/2025. Really good deal for the price. The family that runs it is polite and the rooms are older but very clean. You can tell they put effort into keeping it as clean and nice as possible. Two days in and have not seen any bugs at all. Located in a busier area with several restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Called and no answer I always knew this place was the slums

Hands down the nastiest motel I’ve ever been to and the sad part is, I haven’t even seen any bugs. The room was dirty and smelled like mildew and somebody’s dirty laundry. Probably because there was a dirty towel in one of the dresser drawers. Honestly I’d be scared to use the shower for fear of getting an STD. There was food left in the fridge. The sheets are yellowed and look like they haven’t been washed in years. They should at least offer a complimentary pack of needles for each guest because you’d have to be so high you left the planet to comfortably spend a night here. This place is atrocious.

New owners are amazing and they have done alot of work to this place over the past three years or so. I'd recommend this motel over anyone in clinton. It's budget friendly which won't empty your wallet nightly rates low and weekly rates aren't to bad either and the owners are very nice. Location is nice too 😸.

Haven't seen or gotten any bed bugs bites, You get what you paid for, So its a cheap tv and AC unit. But I do see a roach ever once awhile, One stopped and said "Sup bro" and after i greeted him, He went back benchpressing my ashtry and using cig butts as dumbells.
