Worse place to book through Expedia they ripped me off . Told me they were completely booked when I arrived even though I had a reservation and paid in full . Never received my refund. Stay away from this place!!! Will get ripped off!!!!

I was awakened by a rat leaping off my nightstand. When I flicked the lights on, roaches retreated. I managed to squash two of them, but the one who leapt from my drinking mug got away. The bathroom reeks of old urine.

I honestly would have rather slept in my vehicle than pay the $50 a night some of the floorboards were coming up.There's actual hair just hanging off the showers and the ac unit was broken half the controls didn't work

This is the worst place I have ever looked at and the company they use to book their rooms rips off people and is fraudulent how they charge people. They wanted us to pay extra for the room in cash. I would avoid OyO and any business who uses them like the plague. Don't walk run from here.

The owner unlocked my daughter's room, then entered and asked if he could come in, while she was taking a bath.
